I am so pessimistic about these things, usually with enough $$ they can quiet her and for them even a couple million wont really hurt. The show Lonnie Moore is in will get more popular (remember hugh grant's blow job).
Erin was on to something when she said she didn't like Will being in so thick with Boogie. Maybe Will isn't involved much in the whole Dolce/Les Dues thing and his energy is focused on the Tattoff business. Les Duex certainly is in the news a lot. When the article mentioned the VIP room, I kept having images of the Sopranos.
Will is a smart guy, I don't think he would wallow around with the pigs that were in that kind of trouble. Maybe I am wrong. |
How smart is he? He defended Boogie's behavior in Denver as "a misunderstanding". He defended Lonnie Moore's nasty remarks about Janelle as "that's just who he is". When he and Boogie talked in Allstars about how LM loves young girls and loves relationships where he can have sex and then walk away, Will thought that was hysterical (they told Janelle LM would be very attracted to her, but then wouldn't like her because she'd get into his head). He calls them both his good friends. He talks about hanging out at Les Deux all the time. I don't think Will has any plans to change any of his friendships with these guys any time soon. In fact, in many ways, Will Kirby is as much a pig as Lonnie Moore and Mike Boogie are. He fits in well with them. Remember him saying in chat that he thought Jase's barwhore rap about Janelle was hilarious at the time and STILL thinks it's hilarious (as well as Boogie's words about pissing and shitting in Janelle's face if Janelle evicted Will)? Will isn't so far removed from these guys.
As for Erin...don't hold her up as some pillar of good judgement. Yeah, Will said months ago that she told him after Allstars that he needed to decide whether he was a young, professional doctor or Mike Boogie's crazy friend. He said he told her that he's both! And, she obviously has accepted that...she moved in with "Mike Boogie's crazy friend" and even went on Dr. 90210 talking about how much she "love love loves" Will's friends. _________________

Absolutely. One is judged by the company they keep and this company is bad bad bad news! If this doesn't shake Will up, nothing will. These are extremely serious allegations! _________________

During the infamous chat and the chat to explain and defend the chat, Will sounded like such a little wimp. These men don't make the women with them look good, and that includes Will on Dr. 90210. Thank God Janelle has no part of that either. Sorry....Happy Holidays! |

Another cringeworthy revelation about some passe men who think they're hot young studs... NOT!
This is so disgusting, and reminds me of the reaction I got when watching Lonnie Moore on a a show here about the development and opening of their second restaurant/club. Just the type I'd cringe away from and avoid like the plague, ugh.
I've reached the stage of not wanting hear another word of the lives of these 'best buddies.' _________________ "One kind word can warm three winter months." ~ Japanese proverb ~

Ugh! What a POS.
In the Court Of Public Opinion this is one more boulder to add to the mountain of suspicion that Lonnie Moore is a vile, despicable waste of skin.
In BBAS Will and Boogie said plenty to paint him as the character described in this law suit. They spoke of Lonnie Moore's proclivity for sex with young, underage girls. I believe Boogie was the one doing most of the talking and sharing details and I think I remember Will laughing and sort of giving Boogie the 'You are saying too much' look.
Of course they spoke with a 'wink, wink/nudge/nudge' about what a character he was. Will did the very same thing in response to adverse fan reaction when Lonnie spoke of Janelle in such an ugly, demeaning manner when Will invited him to chat.
I realize LM may be the big money man behind their shared business ventures but it is sad to allow ones self to be in a position of having to defend or suck up to a Person With Money. Of course Will and Boogie both claim Lonnie Moore as a good, close, personal friend in addition to business partner. They have laughed at his antics and have not expressed any personal disavowal of them. I am all for sticking up for friends but sometimes IF you really feel an injustice has been done or you cannot personally accept or condone a behavior displayed, you speak of your affection for your errant friend but state your disapproval of the action or words in question. To not do so when questioned, gives the impression of acceptance and approval of the word or deed as well as the alleged guilty party.
IF these new allegations are true, I hope they are proven in a Court Of Law and Lonnie Moore pays a stiff price. Likewise those that were aware of and condoned such behavior (even just by looking the other way) also need to pay a price.
As a person who does want good things for Will, I would caution him to be wary of the company he keeps. _________________ I JUST TRY AND SEE THE BEST IN PEOPLE...Janelle Pierzina, August 2006 |

Defamer's write up:
http://defamer.com/hollywood/the-dark-side-of-nightlife/les-deux-owner-lonnie-moore-accused-of-rape-334142.php
Because nothing says Christmas like the sound of a self-inking stamper ka-chunking the word "FILED" onto a criminal complaint accusing one of L.A.'s most high-profile nightlife impresarios of rape, we bring you this disturbing story: Last August, Skye-Anne Smith was an underage patron of local professional catfighting arena Les Deux. She claims Dolce Group co-owner Lonnie Moore, partner of Big Brother All-Stars winner Mike "Boogie" Malin, plied her with drinks, then led her to what she believed was the VIP area, but was actually a dimly lit "manager's lounge" equipped with a bed:
A 19-year-old girl has filed a lawsuit against Les Deux nightclub, claiming she was plied with alcohol and then anally and vaginally raped by the owner.
The suit alleges one of the owners suggest to Moore that Smith shouldn't be in the club because of her age. The alleged response from Moore: "I don't care. She's hot."
An incendiary volley of he said/she said will likely follow, and while Moore's reputation might never fully recover, he can at least count upon being fully backed by his fiercely loyal Dolce partners, who'd sooner fall on their own mojito swizzle sticks than renege on their lifelong pledge of "bros before drunken, underage hos who knowingly lied about their age and insisted at the time that their tender lovemaking was consensual." _________________ "If you're not on somebody's shit list, you're not doing anything worthwhile." |

Do we expect anything more from the guy in his late 30's who wanted to pattern his behavior of obnoxious teen boys in Grease? Do we expect anything more from the guy who's total focus in BB was on his "street cred?"
As for Will, I think he is just rather spineless. He has never shown any guts in standing up to his friends and saying. "I don't agee or approve." _________________

You are so right, jfan. I suspect that same cowardice cost him the love of his life. It's just as well, though. Janelle deserves a knight in shining armor, someone her equal in strength and character . . . not a coward like Will. _________________ "Ain't no man can avoid being born average, but there ain't no man got to be common." ~ Baseball Hall-of-Famer Leroy "Satchel" Paige |
