Found this at another board:

Boogie was sentenced to 1 year unsupervised probation for disturbing the peace in Denver.
His assault charge was dismissed, but he was ordered to have no contact with the victim (since the court is calling the lady a victim, it could be that there was some truth to her allegations).
The third part of his sentence says "other", so I have no idea what that could be.
The court record is linked below...but you have to put in this case number for your search...it is 07GS980695

Does unsupervised probation mean he just checks in with a probation officer periodically?? If he is guilty it does seem like a light sentence but guess we will never know exactly what did happen.
Just hope I never hear this guy saying another nasty thing about women again. Personally I'd be just fine never hearing about this guy again in any situation. |
