When I was ten years old I saw a movie called, "The Omega Man" starring Charlton Heston and it affected me deeply. I saw a preview today for a movie called, "I am Legend" starring Will Smith and it is based on The Omega Man as far as I know.
I still remember the theater, the smells, my heart pounding and to this day when I hear the name Matthias I freak a bit.
I am so going to see this movie!!!!!!!!!!! I hope it does The Omega Man justice. Please be good, please be good, please be good! _________________ "It isn't that I don't like you, Susan, because after all, in moments of quiet, I'm strangely drawn toward you; but, well, there haven't been any quiet moments! I saw another quick glimpse of a commercial for this movie again and I must say...spooky! I think the release date is the middle of December.
This version looks even darker, even scarier than the Charlton Heston version. |

What I'm looking forward to this December is....The release of "Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix" on DVD. I saw half of it on my plane ride to Seattle a few weeks ago.
And, the December 14th release of "I am Legend". Bwahahaha!
What is everyone else looking forward to? _________________ "It isn't that I don't like you, Susan, because after all, in moments of quiet, I'm strangely drawn toward you; but, well, there haven't been any quiet moments! Bringing Up Baby-Cary Grant |
