We really enjoyed this one Now I'm going to have to try this too. I'm waiting for the results of my bloodwork last week which includes cholesterol. My Dr said if it was bad then I need to be REALLY good for 3 months and come back for another check. (High cholesterol and High blood pressure from both my parents even though my Mom was thin and active, so is my Dad. Bummer!!) I'm having this little mini food binge before I have to be a really good girl so this recipe is on my list of sinful foods to eat now. inky-you'd be suprised how many "simple" recipes I've messed up. I need to post a pic of my Ho Ho cake.
