I think Will and Erin lead very separate lives. From what was described, it seems like not many women could put up with Will for very long. He probably knew that all along and that is why he stayed with her. Maybe she is complicated herself, though my impression is that she would like more of a commitment from him. _________________ "If you're not on somebody's shit list, you're not doing anything worthwhile." |

I agree with everything you said, Von! And, yes, I have felt all along that Will and Erin live very separate lives. Their interactions are more like those of brothers and sisters than they are like lovers, and only they know why. I don't dislike Erin, but I don't feel sorry for her, either. She could change things if she wanted to. I don't believe Will will ever change. _________________ "Ain't no man can avoid being born average, but there ain't no man got to be common." ~ Baseball Hall-of-Famer Leroy "Satchel" Paige |

I apparently am not a "select regular" so I want to thank all involved with this recap as well. It was great and even though I'm not "select" and cannot spend hours every day waiting in a chatroom, I love hearing how Will is doing. _________________ Maybe Will and Janelle both just wanted a taco but I wanted the whole enchilada for them. |

Birdie did a good job, huh, Cassandra? This cap was the next best thing to being there . . . and as you said. You didn't have to hang out at Will's for hours to get it. Smart gal! You are a gal, right? _________________ "Ain't no man can avoid being born average, but there ain't no man got to be common." ~ Baseball Hall-of-Famer Leroy "Satchel" Paige |

Erin came very close to losing Will to Janelle and has pretty much done all Will wants her to do to keep him, I think.
Somehow before BBAS, I don't think she would have given up so much of herself and her life to him, now it seems like she wants to please him and puts him first in everything.
Not an insult, but an observation, btw. _________________

Wow, this was quite the chat for those who care to dissect the dynamics of the Will/Erin relationship. Strange, distant, lack of communication, and stagnant are some words and phrases that come to mind. Well, they obviously don't discuss what's happening at work, past TV appearances, whom he talks to (eg. Howie), and how or what their friends (eg. Boogie) are doing. WTF do they talk about, Scout's barrettes?? Will apparently tells Erin nothing and she's too embarrassed to be on his show. They did nothing for his birthday and may not have even spent Christmas together. And hey cheapskate, buy the girl a ring already, damn it! Sounds like a winning relationship to me. Glad they were able to spend a stimulating and romantic NYE together (zzzzzzzzz...)
Oh, and if Will actually thinks a few fan letters are going to get John Brodie into the Hall of Fame, he is seriously deluding himself. There are far better former NFL players who have yet to be inducted despite many years of better organized and more serious campaigns run by former players, coaches, hardcore sports fans, sports writers, etc. It's a nice thought I guess, but realistically Will's 14 superfans aren't even going to make a dent. _________________ "I love Kaysar. Here is my favorite line from the recent 'What Can You Do For Me' chat:
He doesn't like to make promises he won't keep.
LMAO!!!! I especially like he used the word "won't" instead of "can't". Oh Will, I know it was your birthday but there are some red flags you really shouldn't wave. LOL! He has/had quite a large audience who saw him make a lot of promises he wouldn't keep. Maybe that is it. He used his lifetime quota up! _________________ I JUST TRY AND SEE THE BEST IN PEOPLE...Janelle Pierzina, August 2006 |

My goal for the year is to be more positive and optimistic so at first read of his chat I thought perhaps this should be a thread that I only read and don't post. Then I realized there are a few things positive about this chat.
First thank God that Erin isn't going to appear on that show again. Good for her!
The other positive thing is that once again I'm reminded of how intelligent our Janie is to have moved on in another direction. |

I think Erin got kicked off the show. I don't believe she chose herself to leave the show or not. My 2 cents.

Really? I thought she said it was too cheesy. You think they kicked Erin off Dr.90210 Missnailspolish? _________________ "If you're not on somebody's shit list, you're not doing anything worthwhile."

Why not just have your 10.5 fans brainstorm. I'm sure they could come up with a name better that dermaceuticals. God, dickaceuticals sounds better than what he has now.
| Quote: | | Someone told him that his episode of "Yes, Dear" was posted on the forum. Erin said, "What's yes dear?" and Will told her he had been on the show about 5 years ago. |

Will and EB2XWOFLOM are so in love...being best friends and what great communication.

I am inspired to make a visual...thanks Will. |

Yes, I too saw the irony in this statement of his. I wonder if Will gives a fig when they bash Janelle at Joker's? _________________

Wow. Reading that recap (thanks!) all I could think was "What a juiceless relationship." They sound more like roommates than lovers which is pretty odd considering that they've only been together for about 3 years and she just moved in with him last year. I'm sure many of you with 30-plus year relationships have more romance, stimulating conversation and passion than those two seem to have. (Maybe they're white hot and just hide it in chat. Ha) I can understand wanting to spend New Year's Eve alone but at least cook a special dinner and share some wine and a good cuddle in front of the fireplace or something! Geeze!
